The cheese burger is great. But the fries are next level. They are a shoe string style that are seasoned better than any fry I’ve had.
This hole in the wall place is where memories are made...Small town folks are friendly and the place is decorated in License plates and old pics. I had the most best Patti melt, not, on the menu..my go-to favorite. A pile of Shoestring fries come with every meal. Enough to share! It's comfort food at its best!...Try it, order ahead for large a Bus load, there's just no room... Let's just say it's big enough foe your little league team..

The Burger Junkie is The Joint you need to be when you are jonesing for a great smashburger and crazy-good french fries. More on the fries later. This burger joint is only an hour southeast of Wichita on US 166. The hard-working women working the counter and the flat grill could not be any friendlier. The smashburger's deliciousness could not be improved. But, THE fries...Oh My! The very healthy stack of hot AND specially seasoned fries were the best I've found in a long while! The cook offered to tell me about her secret finshing touch on her fries, but I said I could not be trusted to keep that secret! The walls and ceiling are plastered with Kansas licence tags, horror movie posters, and vintage Americana memorabillia with 4 or 5 four-person booths and a few other places to sit. This is now one of my monthly places to hit!
I’ve heard about this place from a guy with dolphin roofing. Came in today with my son and I can’t stop thinking about how my past favorite burger joint( 5 guys burgers and fries ) is now second on my list and burger junkie just hit number 1! Thank you Aubrey and Christy for making my lunch experience today one to remember in ark city!
The burgers and fries here are really good. It was our first time going, but we will definitely go back at some point. Of all the burgers I've had in the Wichita and surrounding areas, this is up there with the best. Just wish they were actually closer to Wichita. Either way, you can't go wrong with their burgers!
You wouldn't believe how good this place is. I opted for the combo with the Widow Maker burger. Imagine your delicious cheeseburger, with swiss and american cheese, bacon, ham, and a fried egg. I can't find better words because I keep thinking about how my taste buds were being treated. Don't forget the fries, these have that *perfect* crisp and texture with every bite. Come stop by and enjoy the lovely environment while you dine in!
This place is of the beaten path but well worth the stop. Nice friendly people with a super clean place. Once inside you think you were transported into the fifties. They have a super spicy burger that's so good you will forget the napkins and lick your fingers clean. The French fries are not the frozen kind but fresh cut everyday. All the talking about the bugers makes me wanna go back. See you there.
